Booking & Payment Terms
Your rravel should always be done using the official website, travel agents or partners only. The complete package fees should also be settled in full before the last day of departure to avoid cancellation of the tour. You should bear in mind that there may be changes in package costs depending on the season, available spaces, and government travel policies.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
To get your money back, you need to book ahead of time and have a valid reason. If you cancel your trip at least 30 days ahead of time, a portion of your payment could be returned. However, you cannot get a full refund if you cancel your trip within 15 days from the scheduled departure date. Under no circumstances will any payment be refunded.
Requirements for Travel Documents
The client should ensure that he carries all documents required, like passport, visas, and proof of ID cards. In some cases, travelers are required to vaccinate themselves against various diseases before traveling; in that case, the individual will be expected to do that on his own accord. If there is failure to comply with the document requirements, then we can never be held accountable in case of denied travel by airlines or destination authorities.

It is advisable for travelers to get their travel insurance before the trip. It is important so that any medical issues, trip cancellations, or delay can be covered. Please remember that the company bears no responsibility whatsoever regarding loss of luggage, accidents, or missing flights during the trip.
